Agency Registration
Before starting, remember that in order to participate and be able to register and submit materials at no cost, you must be an independent company (not affiliated with traditional multinational networks) or an independent multinational network.
How to register in WINA 2025?
- Register your agency in the registration area.
- This free registration will give you 4 slots to upload your case (s) at no cost.
- Only if the agency turns out to be a winner you will have to pay the prize winning rights. The payment will only be for the case (s) that receives an award.
- Note that starting this year, shipment costs will already be included in this payment, so there will be no additional charges of any kind.
STEP BY STEP
1. Fill out the registration form to sign up your independent, multinational advertising agency or network at WINA Global Festival 2024. https://awards.winafestival.com/agencies-registration/
2. Within the next 3 working days you will receive notice: if you meet the requirements listed at the start of this section, you will receive a username, password and the total number of pieces that you can register by logging into the CASES section within the Agencies platform.
3 Enter your username and password in the “Agency Access” section and follow the instructions in order to upload your pieces. The uploading of pieces can be done in stages until you reach the total number that you were authorized to upload. Please remember that registrations close on May 3 2023.
4 Once you have uploaded your pieces, you will receive automatic notification if it was carried out successfully.
5 Winners will receive an email notifying them that they have been awarded one of the 5 prizes, without specifying which one (1 Grand Prix- trophy, 1 gold- trophy, 1 silver- trophy, 1 bronze- trophy or 1 honorable mention- plaque). Only during the awards ceremony they will find out which prize they have won.
